The story behind Edmond's Honor begins in 1841, with a 12-year-old boy named Edmond Albius whose botanical discovery changed the flavor of the world and whose legacy lives in every pour. Master Blender Tracie Franklin brings that history to life as she guides guests through a tasting that connects the past to the craft in your hand.

The afternoon closes with an intimate bottle signing with Tracie Franklin, a rare opportunity to connect with one of the most compelling voices in American spirits today.

Guests will enjoy a welcome cocktail (Edmond’s Orchard: Edmond’s Honor, Pear, Sparkling Wine) upon arrival, followed by a curated brunch menu featuring Smoked Salmon Tartine with Vanilla-Infused Fruit and Chicken & Waffles with Bourbon-Vanilla Syrup.

The experience culminates in a neat pour of Edmond’s Honor served in Glencairn glasses, guided by Master Blender Tracie Franklin.
