DATE CHANGE due to WINTER STORM: 1/31/26 Slow Down. Tune In. Sip with Intention.
Join Bourbon Women for The Mindful Pour, a unique two-hour experience blending mindfulness, gentle movement, and intentional whiskey tasting. This immersive morning invites you to step away from the rush of daily life and reconnect—with your breath, your senses, and the way you experience whiskey.
We’ll begin with guided mindfulness activities designed to help you ground your body and quiet your mind. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and intentional awareness, you’ll learn how presence and sensory focus can deepen not only how you feel, but how you taste.
From there, transition into a guided whiskey tasting led by Steve Nease of Common Ritual Whiskey. Using the same mindfulness techniques practiced earlier, you’ll explore how aroma, texture, and flavor unfold when you slow down and truly pay attention. This portion of the experience is welcoming to both seasoned whiskey lovers and those newer to tasting—no prior knowledge required.
The experience concludes with brunch refreshments, offering time to relax, reflect, and connect with others in a warm, inviting setting.
