Beam Distilling Co. Join April and her expert team to dive into the art of marrying Knob Creek Bourbon and Rye. You'll be guided through a curated lineup of base spirits, learn the fundamentals of blending, explore how different components create balance and character, and leave with new knowledge—and maybe a new favorite ratio. Before we dive into blending, we’ll kick off the evening with a welcome cocktail, followed by small bites throughout the session to keep your palate happy.
